You can make big changes if you use a system of hyper-focused, actionable tasks and personalized feedback to make significant shift happen in your life in just 30 days. This program includes some two one-on one calls and weekly group sessions via phone.
This plan is intense, with daily journalling and responsibilities. None of it is super hard or time consuming but it does require your full commitment to see how hard you really can push. It is intense on purpose. Sometimes you have to be willing to play big, just for 30 days to kick start change and purpose.

YOU will build tasks to close your gap between knowing and doing
Weekly calls with Mary will keep you on task and give you helpful ongoing feedback and community
You will learned how to close the gap from knowing to doing and you will be able to repeat the process on your own
COST: $1200 for 10 sessions of guidance and a new ability to be amazeballz whenever you want.
Single sessions are $150 per hour
